Thank you NCMAR

Thank you North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors for your endorsement. My 30 years of local and state government in conjunction with my 40 years at Frigoletto and Associates, Inc. and the Board shows that I am the only one in this senate race that has the background and expertise to protect private property rights, keep taxes reasonable, ensure quality education for all children while attracting business and protecting property values.

From the Leominster Champion - November 9, 2017

The North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the region’s resource for real estate professionals and advocate for private property rights, announced their endorsement of Claire Freda in her election for the state Senate seat for the Worcester and Middlesex District.

Locke Haman, president of the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors, released the following statement: “During her time as city councilor, Claire Freda has worked tirelessly for the residents of Leominster. Her 20-year commitment to the job and dedication to the voters of Leominster is unmatched. Without a doubt, Claire understands the needs of the district she will represent and has extensive knowledge in regards to economic development, financing and private property rights. Claire has been a Realtor and Appraiser member of our association for over 40 years. NCMAR is proud to support her.”

Freda is the longest serving elected official in the City of Leominster. She has chaired every City Council committee, and was president for two consecutive years in 1997 and 1998. Her 20-year involvement with the Local Government Advisory Council and recently the Baker-Polito Transition Team make her an invaluable asset in the Massachusetts Senate.

Since its charter in 1946, the members of the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors have played a vital role in the lives of hundreds of thousands of families in the area, making the dream of homeownership a reality. The association looks forward to helping bring homes and families together in the heart of Massachusetts.
