ABOUT CLAIRE
Claire is part of our community. She knows our priorities, she shares them, and she will continue to fight for them and do what she feels is right for the City of Leominster so we can maintain the quality of life we have become accustomed to.
Claire served on our School Committee for six years and as a City Councillor for 16 years. She knows Leominster inside and out, and we know her- her integrity, her independence, her enthusiasm and her pride in our community.
Claire has been working on behalf of Leominster and other Massachusetts municipalities since 1996. She is a member of the Governor’s Local Advisory Commission, a Board Member of the Massachusetts Municipal Association, and President of the Massachusetts Councillors Association. She knows her way around state and local government, and who to call to get things done.

Claire knows how important our local schools are, and has repeatedly fought for school funding. As a realtor, associated with D.L. Frigoletto & Associates for over 30 years, she has seen the economic value of road projects like the Rte 13 corridor. And as a wife of a Vietnam soldier who died of war-related injuries, she knows the bureaucratic nightmares faced by veterans and their families-and is passionate about improving and supporting veterans’ services.
Claire is committed to preserving the environment, particularly protecting our drinking water supplies and open spaces.
Claire is an active member of St. Anna’s parish and a notary public for the Commonwealth. She resides in Leominster’s "South End". She has two children. Kelley graduated from Leominster High School in 1990 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from UMass Lowell. Anthony graduated from Leominster High School in 1996 and received his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Clark University. Claire also has one grandson, Patrick.
